These terms cover your use of the barwithme.co.uk website and the launch waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you're agreeing to them, so please give them a read.

Who we are

Bar with Me is currently operated by its founder as an individual, not yet as a registered company. If we incorporate as a company, we will update this section with our registered details.

Joining the waitlist

Bar with Me is a pre-launch product. Joining the waitlist means you're interested in what we're building, nothing more. It doesn't guarantee that:

• The product will actually launch
• You'll get access if it does
• Any particular pricing will be offered to you
• You'll receive any prize, reward, or perk

We're building this in public and things can change. We'll keep you posted by email if you've opted in to hear from us.

The referral programme

Some sign-ups come with a referral link you can share, and we may run a leaderboard tracking referrals. To keep it fair for everyone:

• Share your referral link honestly, with real people who might actually be interested
• No fake or bot sign-ups
• No spam
• Don't buy sign-ups from third parties or referral farms

If we believe an entry, referral, or sign-up is fraudulent or doesn't follow these rules, we may remove it or disqualify the account involved, without notice.

Leaderboard positions and any rewards, prizes, or perks tied to the referral programme are entirely at our discretion. We may change the rules, rewards, or leaderboard, or cancel the referral programme altogether, at any time.

Using the site properly

When you use barwithme.co.uk, please:

• Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to interfere with how it works or access parts you're not meant to
• Don't submit false information
• Don't submit someone else's personal data without their permission

We may remove any sign-up or content that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The Bar with Me name, logo, and the content on this website belong to us. You can't copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.

No warranties

This website and the waitlist are provided "as is". We don't promise the site will always be available, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. We're a small, early stage project and we're doing our best.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the waitlist, including from any delay, change, or cancellation of the product or referral programme. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud.

Changes to the site or these terms

We may update the site or these terms as the product develops. We'll post any changes here, so check back occasionally.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
